*Currently on Maternity Leave until late Summer 2026 - I look forward to meeting you soon!*

Hello, I'm Helen!

I graduated from Edinburgh's Queen Margaret University in 2014 with a 1st class honours degree and I have worked in multiple NHS and private practices across Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

I have a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Podiatry received from the University of Brighton, furthering my podiatry knowledge and skills!

As an enthusiastic podiatrist, I strive to continually enhance my skills and keep up to date with the latest developments in podiatry.

My empathetic approach stems from my personal podiatry journey, having discovered the podiatry profession as an teenager while addressing my own foot and ankle issues.

I deeply understand the discomfort associated with sore feet and aim to provide compassionate and personalised care to alleviate your discomfort!

Outside of work, you can find me at the gym, out walking with my collie X springer spaniel and entertaining my 2 year old daughter!

I am an HCPC-registered podiatrist with over six years of professional experience, working across both the NHS and private practice before founding my own business in Fife, Reflex Podiatry.

My career has been driven by a passion for providing skilled foot care that supports not only physical health, but also overall well-being.

I graduated from Queen Margaret University (2015–2019) with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Podiatry and is a fully registered member with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I have extensive practice in both NHS and private sector settings, providing care across a wide range of patient needs.

When I'm not at work, I like to spend her time with my husband and family, chasing after our niece and nephew and staying active with running and gym sessions!

Kayleigh is a good friend and former colleague of Helen's and will be covering her house visits on a Friday only from February 2026 - Late Summer 2026 whilst Helen is on Maternity leave. Here is a little about her!

I’m a HCPC registered podiatrist, which means I’m officially recognised by the UK’s health regulator, the Health and Care Professions Council. This ensures I meet strict standards for training, skills, and professional care, giving you peace of mind that you’re in safe hands.

I’m also a member of the Royal College of Podiatrists, the leading professional body for podiatry in the UK. This keeps me up to date with the latest treatments, research, and best practices, so I can provide you with the highest quality care.

Together, these memberships show my commitment to safe, effective, and professional treatment – and most importantly, to looking after your foot health with care and confidence.
